is bonded leather?
Robus bonded leather floor tiles are made from 100% leather fibers. Chrome or
vegetable tanned leather shavings are milled to the fiber then reconstituted
with natural binding agents to create durable bonded leather.
Is Robus Leather Tiles a “green” product?
Yes. Robus recycles hide leather that would otherwise be placed in a landfill.
The commercial grade shavings are the by-products from the footwear, accessory,
furniture, and automobile industry.
How durable is Robus Leather Tiles?
Our unique tiles are rugged and durable. Robus offers a ten-year limited commercial/residential
warranty.
Should I use a professional to install my floor?
We recommend contacting a professional installer if you are not experienced
in installing floors. The installer you select should have experience working
with natural products and sheet vinyl. Provide your installer with the instructions

Is the embossing random?
Yes, the embossing is random. No one tile will match the exact pattern on another
tile. Consider rotating each tile.
Is Robus Leather Tiles a seamless product?
No. Robus leather flooring is not designed to be seamless flooring product.
Is Robus Leather Tile suitable for installation over radiant floor heating?
No. Installing Robus Leather Tiles over radiant heat systems is not recommended.
Is Robus Leather Tile suitable for an outdoor deck or other exterior
applications?
No. Robus Leather Tiles is solely intended for interior use.

What adhesive should I use to install Robus Leather Tiles?
After many years of testing, we have created the perfect adhesive for our tiles.
Use CHEMREX CX-1000 for all
floor installations. How do I clean Robus Leather tiles?
Maintain and clean tiles by using a damp rag or damp mop. Never use harsh detergent
cleaners, liquid floor waxes, polishes, or ammonia. Use a gentle soap to clean
sticky spills. Use a soft brush attachment when vacuuming.
